We know from customer feedback that our repairs and maintenance service has not been, for everyone, the standard that it should be.

We’ve consulted with customers and staff to determine which are the most important parts of the repairs service. These all feature in our ‘Repairs Promise’ which you can find here.

We will work with our existing contractors to make sure that we are delivering on these commitments. If our contractors cannot deliver on these commitments, we may consider appointing other contractors.

    • Does our Repairs Promise cover everything that you would expect from a decent repairs and maintenance service?

    • Is 'promise' the right word for this set of service standards?
